Trisha Sears Real Estate was founded by veteran realtor Trisha “Trish” Sears. Trish has worked closely with industry leaders such as Replay Resorts, resort owners and developers, and has established herself as a consistent top producer and expert in her area. Trish has represented hundreds of buyer and seller clients over the last decade in the every changing, dynamic, resort real estate markets.
15 Years in the Industry
Trish started her real estate career in Tamarack Resort in January 2008 by working for BAG Development and the Fairmont Tamarack. In 2015, Trish co-founded and was co-owner of Tamarack Realty, Inc. with Beverly and Michael Anderson, who have owned the McCall Real Estate Company since its inception more than 23 years ago. McCall Real Estate Co has topped the $1 Billion sales volume and has been the #1 Brokerage in Valley County for total sales volume continuously the last 10 years. Trish then became the Designated Broker and co-owner of Tamarack Realty LLC in 2019 with the current new ownership. Trish has been instrumental in navigating the homeowners and operators through multiple ownership changes since 2008, keeping the Tamarack dream alive! Today, Trish is back with her partners at McCall Real Estate and enjoys the diversification of helping her clients throughout the area from Donnelly to McCall, including lakefront, Jug Mountain Ranch, Whitetail Resort and Tamarack Resort.

Specializing in resort and waterfont properties, Trish is also proficient in investment properties, short sales, foreclosures, and 1031 Exchange properties. Trish will listen intently, negotiate strongly, make herself accessible, and ensure her clients have a great experience, far after the transaction has completed.
An Active, Community-Focused Lifestyle
Trish fully enjoys the benefits of living full-time in Tamarack Resort and its wonderful community referred as the "Tam Fam." You can find her skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, golfing, trail running, surfing, and water skiing. She also loves spending time with her family as well as her many great friends and homeowners in Tamarack and the surrounding area.
