Tapas Plate – selection of olives, almonds, mushrooms, tomatoes, chorizo, and bread – $14

Frito Misto – calamari, fish, shrimp, squash, artichoke hearts, and olives, flash-fried and drizzled with a lemon pepper aioli. For two – $9 For Four – $16

Flash-fried Manchego Cheese – Spain’s most famous cheese, breaded and fried – $8

Crostini with Eggplant and Bell Pepper Dip – roasted and served with toasted slices of crusty bread – $7

Since 2009, we’ve sold over 140 properties in Tamarack Resort.  This week, I closed on 90 Sugarloaf, a vacant lot with ski in/ski out access and lake views.  I also closed 58 Velvet Falls Court on 3/31/11 which also had beautiful lake views and ski access.    I have 5 more vacant lots in Whitewater, 1 on Sugarloaf, and 1 on the golf course to be listed this week.  All are priced to SELL quickly!  

The golf course is in great shape this year.  I jogged the cart path yesterday and every green is looking good!   Osprey Meadows Golf Course  is slated to open Memorial Weekend.   Stay tuned for the 2011 prices and season pass information.
